This guide will show you system requirements for Contacts Manager v 4.0
Contacts Manager version 4.0 can be installed on the following operating systems:
  • Windows 8
  • Windows 8.1
  • Windows Server 2012
  • Windows Server 2012 R2
System Requirements
Contacts Manager version 4.0 can be installed in a physical or virtual machine that join an Active Directory domain and that doesn't hold any Lync Server or Active Directory role.
Permissions
  • In case of On-Premises environment:
The User must be a member of the following groups:
            - Domain Admins
            - RTCUniversalServerAdmins
            - RTCComponentUniversalServices
            - Organization Management (in case of UCS).
  • In case of Office 365 environment:
The User must be a member of the following groups:
            - Domain Admins
            - Impersonate portal admin account to exchange, you can review the following support guide.
