This guide will show you how to troubleshoot inbound calls issue from your Skype Gateway.
If the calls to one or more Skype Numbers assigned to a SIP Profile are not working, it may be that the Skype Numbers are expiring without being renewed by the administrator. Skype Numbers are created with an expiry date and cannot be automatically extended.
To check whether the Skype Numbers affected are expiring:

- Sign in to Skype Manager.
- Click Features in the toolbar.
- In the Features menu on the left, click Skype Connect.
- Scroll to the SIP Profile to which the Skype Number that you want to check is assigned and click View profile. A message will be displayed next to any Skype Numbers assigned to the SIP Profile that have expired or that are near expiry.
