How do I activate RVC system?

This guide will show you how to activate your Room Video Conferencing System (RVC).

To get started,

• Open RVC Settings

• Select License

• This will open activation setting and you will see two options:
  

             1. Save your machine code. 
             2. Load your license code from USB flash drive. 

To save your machine code to USB flash drive:

1. Attach USB flash drive to your RVC Unit.
2. Click on Down Arrow button next to Your machine code is : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

   3.    Contact Vytru Licensing Team at [email protected] with your machine code or submit a License Request.

To load your license code from USB flash drive:

1. Copy your license code file e.g. License.vytru to USB flash drive.
2. Attach USB flash drive to your RVC Unit that hosts the license file 
   
3. Click on Up Arrow button next to Load your license code

   3.    Click Save

   4.    Restart your system by clicking Restart from RVC Settings, and then click Restart System.
